The Executive Centre expands Sri Lankan footprint

The Executive Centre (TEC), a premium flexible workspace provider, is set to expand its presence in Sri Lanka with the opening of a new centre at Level 33 of the East Tower, World Trade Centre Colombo, on December 1, 2026.

Located at one of Colombo’s prominent business addresses, the new centre covers approximately 8,900 sq. ft. and will provide more than 150 workstations. The expansion is aimed at addressing the growing demand for premium and flexible workplace solutions in Sri Lanka.

The new facility builds on TEC’s existing operations in Colombo, where the company serves multinational corporations, financial institutions and high-growth businesses looking for professionally managed workspace solutions.

Designed according to TEC’s global standards, the new centre will feature a combination of private offices, coworking areas, premium meeting rooms, phone booths and member lounges. The workspace will also offer TEC’s personalised hospitality-led service and enterprise-grade technology.

With businesses increasingly placing greater emphasis on workplace quality, flexibility and employee experience, the WTC Colombo centre is positioned to provide companies with flexible options for scaling their operations while maintaining a professional corporate environment.

TEC Regional Managing Director Manish Khedia said Sri Lanka continues to be an attractive market for the company, adding that the expansion reflects TEC’s long-term confidence in the country’s economic resilience and business environment.

He noted that businesses are increasingly looking for premium workspace solutions that provide flexibility while maintaining high standards of quality. According to Khedia, the new WTC Colombo centre will strengthen TEC’s local presence while giving businesses access to an internationally recognised workspace environment supported by service and hospitality.

With more than three decades of experience in the flexible workspace sector, TEC has established itself as a workspace provider for multinational corporations and growth-oriented businesses. Its services combine premium work environments with consistent service standards and operational expertise.

Today, TEC Group operates across 38 cities in 15 markets, supporting businesses and organisations as they establish and expand their operations.
