As competition for skilled talent intensifies, SLASSCOM is calling on IT & BPM companies, technology-led organisations and businesses across banking, manufacturing, insurance, telecommunications and other sectors with IT divisions to participate in the SLASSCOM Compensation & Benefits Survey 2026.
The survey is designed to provide a credible market reference point, offering insights into compensation trends, benefits practices, talent movements, skills demand and broader workforce changes.
Importantly, the SLASSCOM Compensation & Benefits Survey is not intended to prescribe or standardize compensation practices. It provides industry-level insights to support informed decision-making, while each organisation retains full discretion to interpret and apply the findings according to its own business context, workforce strategy and organisational needs.
Deloitte, SLASSCOM’s Technical Partner and Survey Facilitator, will support the survey using its proprietary methodology and established analytical processes. All participant data will be handled with strict confidentiality and reported only in an aggregated manner to protect individual organisations’ information.
“The value of an industry benchmark is directly strengthened by the breadth and quality of participation. We encourage organisations across the technology ecosystem and businesses with IT functions to contribute to this exercise.
By participating, organisations help build a stronger evidence base for understanding how compensation, skills and workforce practices are evolving,” said Sampath Jayasundara, Chairperson, SLASSCOM.
Participation also provides organisations with access to a range of benefits. Participants will receive free Survey Highlight Reports, while gaining exclusive access to the full survey report at a special participant rate.
In addition to the report, participants will also have the opportunity to purchase a customized Peer Cut Report, available exclusively to survey participants. This customized benchmarking analysis compares an organisation’s compensation and benefits data against a selected group of relevant peer organisations, providinga more focused view of its market position. Special discounts apply for SLASSCOM members who participate in the survey.
Organisations purchasing the Peer Cut Report will also be eligible to subscribe for an additional 30-minute advisory call with Deloitte, SLASSCOM’s Technical Partner and Survey Facilitator. This provides participants with an opportunity to gain further perspective on their customized benchmarking findings.
