PE Plus (Pvt.) Ltd and The Capital Maharaja Group have celebrated a significant achievement after CEO Gehan Amarasinghe received three Gold awards at the Management Leadership Excellence Awards 2026, organised by the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka).
Amarasinghe was recognised with Gold awards in the categories of Quality and Productivity, Sustainability Goals-Led Initiatives, and Manufacturing – Industrial and Household Products.
The three awards recognise his leadership in advancing operational excellence, productivity, sustainability, innovation and business transformation at PE Plus.
Held on September 15, 2026, at Monarch Imperial, the Management Leadership Excellence Awards brought together leading professionals and business leaders to recognise achievements in management and leadership across different sectors.
The triple Gold recognition marks a milestone for Amarasinghe, PE Plus and The Capital Maharaja Group, while highlighting the organisation’s broader focus on excellence, innovation, sustainability and responsible business growth.
