Technomedics International (Pvt) Ltd has secured its first-ever recognition among the 100 Best Workplaces in Asia 2026 in the Small & Medium category, while also being recognised among the 50 Best Workplaces in Sri Lanka 2026 by Great Place To Work.
The company achieved a regional ranking of 64th among Asia’s Best Workplaces in the Small & Medium category. It is also the only Sri Lankan organisation from the healthcare sector featured among the 200 organisations recognised across the Large and Small & Medium categories in the 2026 Best Workplaces in Asia rankings.
Ten Sri Lankan organisations were included in the Small & Medium category of the 2026 Best Workplaces in Asia list, with Technomedics representing the healthcare sector. The recognition marks the company’s first achievement at the regional level, extending its workplace reputation beyond Sri Lanka to an Asia-wide platform.
Locally, Technomedics secured 4th place among Medium Workplaces across all industries in Sri Lanka, while also being the only healthcare organisation recognised within the category.
Linus Jeganathan, Managing Director of Technomedics, said the regional recognition carries particular significance for the company given its position within the healthcare sector.
He noted that six healthcare organisations were included in the 100 Best Workplaces in Asia Small & Medium category, with Technomedics being recognised alongside organisations from markets including Vietnam, Greater China/India, Singapore and Japan.
According to Jeganathan, Technomedics’ inclusion represents an important achievement for a Sri Lankan healthcare organisation and places the company alongside leading healthcare workplaces from some of Asia’s key markets.
The latest recognition builds on Technomedics’ established presence in Sri Lanka’s Best Workplaces rankings, while highlighting the company’s progress in developing a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
