Accor Brings Pullman to Sri Lanka with Two New Hotels

Pullman makes its Sri Lankan debut with Pullman Colombo City Centre and Pullman Bentota Resort & Spa, strengthening Accor’s South Asia growth strategy

India/Sri Lanka, 19 August 2026: Accor has marked the debut of Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Sri Lanka with the opening of Pullman Colombo City Centre and Pullman Bentota Resort & Spa.

The dual opening brings Pullman’s focus on purposeful design, vibrant social spaces, distinctive dining and wellbeing experiences to two of Sri Lanka’s key destinations, while strengthening Accor’s presence in the South Asian market.This launch highlights Accor’s expansion ambitions, reinforcing patterns seen in latest hotel openings across India.

Pullman Arrives in Sri Lanka

The two hotels have been designed as destinations where business, leisure and culture come together, reflecting Pullman’s positioning around exchange, connection and contemporary travel.

Pullman Colombo City Centre

Located in Colombo’s commercial and lifestyle district, Pullman Colombo City Centre features 219 rooms and suites designed for both business and leisure travellers.

The hotel offers a collection of dining venues including AYU, Thai Rasa, Adityaa, Collections Café, Mansion Lounge & Bar and Vistas Rooftop Bar.

Guests can also access a rooftop infinity pool, spa, fitness centre and meeting and event facilities. The property combines contemporary design with social spaces intended for work, connection and relaxation.

Pullman Bentota Resort & Spa

Located on Sri Lanka’s south-west coast, Pullman Bentota Resort & Spa occupies a setting between the Bentota River and the Indian Ocean.

The resort features 165 rooms, family rooms and suites, with views of the ocean, river and pool. Guests can access a range of dining experiences, water sports, wellness facilities and family activities, alongside venues for meetings, weddings and celebrations.

The arrival experience includes a ferry ride across the Bentota River, creating a distinctive introduction to the resort.

Partnership with Softlogic Group

The two properties have been developed in partnership with Softlogic Holdings PLC, with the group positioning the hotels as premium hospitality destinations supporting business travel, conferences, social celebrations and leisure tourism.

Both properties participate in ALL Accor, giving members access to the group’s booking and loyalty programme.

Accor India & South Asia currently operates 75 hotels across luxury, premium, midscale and economy segments under brands including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, ibis and ibis Styles.

The launch of the two Pullman hotels marks another step in Accor’s expansion across South Asia while bringing the brand into Sri Lanka for the first time.
