Janashakthi Life has been recognised among Sri Lanka’s 50 Best Workplaces for 2026 by Great Place To Work Sri Lanka.
The 50 recognised workplaces comprise 17 Large, 13 Medium, 10 Small, and 10 Micro workplaces, with Janashakthi Life recognised in the Medium category, comprising organisations with 251–500 employees.
The recognition is based on the Great Place To Work® Trust Index Employee Experience Survey, which evaluates employees’ experiences of trust, pride, and workplace relationships, alongside a Culture Audit that assesses the organisation’s people practices. The Trust Index contributes 75 percent of the overall score, while the Culture Audit accounts for the remaining 25 percent. Janashakthi Life’s inclusion follows its Great Place To Work Certified status and an 88 percent Employee Trust Index™ score achieved in 2025, reinforcing the consistency of its employee experience and workplace practices.
