TBWA\Sri Lanka celebrating its award wins

The agency’s international achievements follow another successful showing at the 2026 Dragons of Sri Lanka, where TBWA\Sri Lanka was named the No. 1 Industry Leader after securing seven awards across four campaigns. The domestic recognition provided further evidence of the agency’s creative capabilities and its ability to develop campaigns that connect strategic thinking with effective execution.

Ahmed T. Hassan, Chief Operating Officer of TBWA\Sri Lanka, highlighted the importance of collaboration between agencies and their clients in delivering work that challenges conventional approaches.

“Disruptive work takes more than bold thinking. It takes clients who are willing to challenge convention, trust new ideas and back a different path. These recognitions celebrate that shared courage, collaboration and the work they make possible,” he said.

The latest awards also highlight the growing importance of emerging technologies and experience-driven marketing in the communications industry. The recognition of Hutch Roaming – The Roaming Hack for its use of artificial intelligence illustrates how technology can support creative problem-solving, while the award for Maliban HumaniTill demonstrates the value of engaging consumers through memorable brand experiences.

For Sri Lanka’s advertising and marketing industry, achievements at international competitions such as the Dragons of Asia provide opportunities to showcase local creative talent and demonstrate the competitiveness of campaigns developed in the domestic market.

With its latest wins, TBWA\Sri Lanka continues to strengthen its regional presence by combining unconventional thinking, technological innovation and close client partnerships. Its recognition at the 2026 Dragons of Asia Awards reinforces the agency’s belief that ideas built around genuine consumer needs can extend beyond their original markets and achieve wider recognition across Asia.
