The Sri Lankan Corporate Health & Productivity Awards (SLCHPA) 2026 was officially launched recently, introducing an enhanced edition of the platform dedicated to recognising organisations that are committed to employee wellbeing, workplace health and productivity across Sri Lanka.
The launch marks a new chapter for an initiative that continues to encourage businesses to place their people at the centre of organisational success, while recognising the connection between a healthy workforce and sustainable business performance.
Organised by the Chamber of Lankan Entrepreneurs (COYLE) in partnership with the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), and powered by Sampath Bank PLC as the Title Partner, SLCHPA 2026 aims to celebrate organisations that recognise investment in their people as an important foundation for long-term growth.
Through the partnership, JETRO brings Japanese expertise and international perspectives on workplace wellbeing and productivity to the initiative, strengthening the Awards’ focus on encouraging internationally relevant workplace practices among Sri Lankan organisations.
Since its inception, SLCHPA has developed into a platform that encourages businesses to look beyond conventional measures of success and recognise the role of a healthy and engaged workforce in driving organisational performance.
Over the years, the Awards have recognised organisations that have introduced impactful workplace initiatives while encouraging businesses across different sectors to continuously strengthen their approaches to employee wellbeing, workplace culture and productivity.
Building on this foundation, SLCHPA 2026 will expand its focus on recognising a wider range of organisations, showcasing innovative workplace initiatives and creating greater value for participating companies.
The Awards will also provide organisations with an opportunity to benchmark their workplace practices, gain national recognition and demonstrate their commitment to creating environments where employees can thrive.

To maintain the credibility of the Awards and ensure genuine workplace excellence is recognised, the SLCHPA 2026 evaluation process will follow a structured and transparent approach.
