Union Assurance brought together its agency leaders from across the country at Union Assurance Leader Conference 2026, held at Grandeeza Hotel, Negombo, under the theme ‘Transform to Triumph’.
The conference served as a platform to celebrate leadership excellence, share the company’s strategic direction and inspire leaders to elevate performance while continuing to build one of Sri Lanka’s strongest agency distribution networks.
